What counts as a hospital vs. a clinic?

A hospital is an inpatient facility: it admits patients overnight, runs 24/7, and typically has emergency, surgical or intensive-care capability. Everything else (clinics, diagnostic labs, imaging and screening centres, pharmacies, dental, optical and other outpatient-only facilities) earns the ₦5,000 tier. The tier is confirmed when our team verifies the provider.
